Does Essence Tape deliver product to a customer's doorstep?
Essence Tape will be responsible for a door step delivery .
What should a customer do in case of a broken product?
In case of any broken product or unsatisfied customer, the customer would need to contact Essence Tape and notify the issue to us. We'd be happy to offer the best feasible solution as per the scenario to the customer. The customer is required to keep the product at his/her place for the time being under his/her responsibility till which a logical solution is reached between both the parties.
